In order for a tenant to be considered for any rental property he or she must provide the following information:
Completed Lease Application
This is an application to rent a specific property and it will legally allow us to run your credit.
Here is a blank rental application:
Proof of income
Pay Stubs if W2 or Bank Statements/tax returns if you are self employed.
Personal letter
A little about you and your family, gives a personal touch and works out great if there are multiple applications.
Credit report
Our team will run this for each person over the age of 18
Application Fee / Credit Report Fee is $30.00 per person over 18 years old
